We are a fine art studio in beautiful sunny Southern Arizona, specializing in producing hand pulled custom, short run millifiori murrini for the 104 coe glass artist, as well as creating unique & inspiring products for jewelry designers alike. In addition to our line of custom murrini, you'll find other unique & glassworking supplies to inspire, including our line of changeable jewelry selections & tools, custom laser engraved/etched paper thin embossing sheets suitable for rolling mills, metal & polymer clays, cardstock, paper...and more!

The name "JetAge Studio" sprung from the artistic minds of owners Renee and William Wiggins back in 2006 as an effort to promote each other's art as self-representing artists. As working artists making fine art beads & jewelry, custom engraved guitar components & other fine art objects, our studio has long been a multimedia studio using many materials as our form of artistic expression. As we've grown through our art, so has our studio, and today we find the retail store has taken over the JetAge Studio namesake. Renee Wiggins is a former member of ISGB (International Society of Glass Beadmakers),
a former glassworking teacher at Sonoran Glass School in Tucson Arizona, and continues to contribute to various publications of lampworking and craftworking interests.

Payment:

Our online store offers a convenient PayPal shopping! Don't have a PayPal account? That's ok, PayPal works with you. Payments are made directly through PayPal using your preferred method of payment. Simply choose your method of payment using the PayPal prompts, and PayPal does the rest. Some mobile devices create a glitch with PayPal, but you can usually access the cart and proceed using Safari as your browser. Once you place an item in your cart, a new window will open and you can switch to the website using tabs to continue shopping. Try also login into PayPal beforehand to access your account and the PayPal cart. If you still have trouble, please drop us an email with your order, we'll be happy to manually process your request. At this time, we do not accept personal checks, nor can we process credit or debit cards.

Domestic Shipping Information:

We ship our items with the utmost care and always pack our items very securely. We ship within 2-3 business days via USPS. Shipping is calculated by quantity purchased and starts at $3.50 USD. Our shopping cart calculates shipping costs using this method automatically. At shipping, you'll receive an email that provides you with a trackable number and our shipping method of either USPS First Class Mail or Priority Mail. Delivery time depends on the efficiency of the courier, but usually is within 3-4 days. Delivery time is based on business days, and does not include weekends or holidays.

International Shipping Information:

We welcome and ship orders internationally, and will ship your order within 2-3 business days. We ship using USPS International Mail starting at $10 USD. Actual shipping costs are determined by the order value and weight. We refund any overages (should there be any) after the actual weight of your order is determined. At shipping, you'll receive an email that provides you with a trackable number and our shipping method of either USPS First Class International Mail or Priority Mail. Delivery time depends on the efficiency of the courier, but usually is within 2-3 weeks. Delivery time is based on business days, and does not include weekends or holidays. Please note: we are not responsible for payment of any duties, taxes or customs fees as determined by your country at time of delivery. Please contact us if you have any questions.

We regret that we cannot ship to certain countries at this time. We do not ship to South America, including Mexico, and Brazil. Certain regions in the Middle East, and Africa (but not including South Africa) are also prohibited. Please message us if you need assistance or have any questions.

Refunds and Exchanges:

We want to make sure all of our customers are happy and have fun with our products. Please contact us if for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase or should any of our products fail to meet your expectations. We can offer a refund or exchange (if available), minus any shipping costs on items that have not been damaged, or are in unused condition. Requests for refunds, etc. will be honored within 14 days of receipt of your package. Because the nature of our work is custom, many of our glass supplies are available in short run productions only. Therefore, we may or may not be able to offer the same colors or blends in an exchange, or be able to provide the same colors in the future.

PAYMENT: We accept PayPal for payment at this time for wholesale orders. We charge a processing fee of the total order before shipping at a rate of 2.9% for domestic orders, or 4.4% for international orders outside of the USA. Payment in full is due before shipping out orders.

SHIPPING: We welcome international wholesale orders! Our policy for all wholesale orders require us to ship via a trackable method, and we quote pricing per order depending on size & weight of your order. We generally ship domestically via USPS, & internationally via USPS Priority Express, but are happy to ship using your preferred method on account with another courier.
